Procedure

1. Combine ingredients 1-2. Mix until well dispersed, then adjust to pH 6 with citric acid.
2. Add ingredients 3-4. Begin heating to 60°C.
3. At 40 – 50°C, add ingredient 5.
4. Once at 60°C, add ingredient 6. Mix until completely melted.
5. Cool below 45°C.
6. Add remaining ingredients in order.
