Procedure

1. Disperse Xanthan Gum in water per manufacturer’s instructions. Mix until completely hydrated.
2. Add ingredients 3-5 and mix until smooth and homogeneous.
3. Add ingredients 6-8 and continue mixing until the emulsion has formed and a “milky” white appearance is observed.
4. Add remaining ingredients and mix until homogenous.
