Procedure

1. In primary vessel, disperse Structure^® XL in water and heat to 60 – 65°C.
2. Once at temperature, add Cola^®Fax CPE and Potassium Hydroxide and mix until completely dissolved.
3. Add remaining phase A ingredients. Mix until completely homogeneous.
4. In a separate vessel, combine phase B ingredients and heat to 60 – 65°C.
5. Once both phases are at temperature, slowly add Phase B to Phase A.
6. Homogenize and cool to 45°C.
7. Add remaining Phase C ingredients.
