Procedure

1. Combine ingredients 1 – 2 and heat to 45 – 50°C.
2. Add ingredient 3 and mix until completely dissolved.
3. Cool below 40°C and add remaining ingredients.
4. Adjust pH to 5.0 – 5.5 with citric acid (viscosity is pH dependent).
