Procedure

1. In primary vessel, combine ingredients 1 – 3.
2. In a separate vessel, disperse xanthan gum in glycerin to create a smooth slurry.
3. Add the slurry to the primary vessel with moderate mixing. Mix until completely hydrated.
4. Add ingredients 6 – 9. Mix until uniform.
5. Add ingredients 10 – 11. Mix until clear, heating to 40 – 45°C if necessary.
6. Adjust to pH 5.0 – 5.5 with ingredient 12.
