This formulation features Colonial S18TP, a vegetable derived ingredient used to condition hair and tame fly-aways. Can be used every day without leaving a greasy build up.

Procedure

1. Combine ingredients 1-2. Heat to 65-70°C.
2. Once at temperature, add ingredients 3-4.
3. Mix until ingredients are melted, then adjust pH to 5.0 – 5.5 with Lactic Acid.
4. Cool to 45°C. Add remaining ingredients.
