This extra shine conditioner formula is designed to provide mild, weightless conditioning and a healthy, brilliant shine without buildup.  Features Poly Suga^®Quat S1210P and Cola^®Quat PDQ.  Great as a starting formulation, ready to add extracts for luxurious botanical feature.

Procedure

1. Heat water to 65ºC with mixing.
2. While heating, add ingredients 2 – 3.
3. At 65ºC, add ingredient 4 and mix until completely melted.
4. Homogenize and cool below 55ºC.
5. Add remaining ingredients.
