Procedure

1. Combine ingredients 1 – 2 with moderate agitation. Mix until completely hydrated.
2. Add ingredients 3 – 4 and begin heating to 60 – 65°C.
3. Once at temperature, add ingredient 5. Mix until completely dissolved, then cool below 40°C.
4. Add ingredients 6 – 7. Mix until uniform.
5. Adjust to pH 5.0 – 5.5 with ingredient 8.
