Procedure

1. Combine phase A ingredients with adequate mixing between additions.
2. In a separate vessel, combine phase B ingredients with heat.
3. Once phase B is homogeneous, add to phase A.
4. Cool to 45°C. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Adjust pH to 5.5 – 6.0 with citric acid.
