This Hemp Seed Oil Foaming Oil Cleanser formulation features Cola^®Carb TDC and Cola^®Moist 200 in a foaming, hydrating oil cleanser that is made without harsh sulfates to be gentle enough for daily use. Upon contact with water, this oil transforms into a milky lather with a soft foam, allowing for an easy rinse-off and giving you a clean slate without stripping your skin. Great for oily and dry combination skin with added grapeseed for antioxidants and hemp seed oil for anti-inflammatory properties.

Procedure

1. Combine ingredients 1 – 4 in order with moderate mixing.
2. Adjust to pH 7.0 with ingredient 5.
3. Heat to 40 – 45°C and continue mixing until clear.
4. Once clear, cool below 35°C and add ingredients 6 – 7.
