Procedure

1. Disperse xanthan gum in glycerin to create a smooth slurry.
2. Add the slurry to water with moderate mixing. Mix until completely hydrated.
3. Add ingredients 4 – 5 while heating to 45 – 50°C.
4. Once at temperature, add ingredient 6. Mix until completely dissolved.
5. Cool below 40°C and add remaining ingredients with gentle to moderate mixing. Mix until the beads are evenly dispersed.
