Procedure

1. Combine ingredients 1 – 3 with moderate mixing.
2. Add ingredient 4, heating to 40 – 45°C if necessary. Mix until completely dissolved.
3. Once uniform, add remaining ingredients. Adjust to pH 4.0 – 4.5 with lactic acid.
