Procedure

1. Combine ingredients 1 – 3, hydrating per manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Begin heating to 65°C. Once completely hydrated, add ingredients 4 – 6.
3. At 65°C, add ingredient 7 and mix until completely melted.
4. Homogenize and cool to 50 – 55°C.
5. Add remaining ingredients and cool to room temperature.
