Procedure

1. Use an overhead mixer to combine the water and Carbopol 674. Add the polymer, slowly, and mix until they are homogeneous.
2. Add the remaining ingredients in order with adequate mixing between additions while heating up to 60 °C.
3. Heat the mixture to 65-70 °C and continuously mix until it creates a homogeneous liquid.
