Procedure

1. Combine ingredients 1-2. Heat to 65-70°C.
2. Once at temperature, add ingredients 3-4.
3. Mix until ingredients are melted, then adjust pH to 5.0 – 5.5 with Lactic Acid.
4. Add ingredient 6.
5. Cool to 45°C. Add remaining ingredients.
