Procedure

1. Heat water to 65ºC with mixing.
2. While heating, add ingredients 2 – 3.
3. At 65ºC, add ingredient 4 and mix until completely melted.
4. Homogenize and cool below 55ºC.
5. Add remaining ingredients.
